I am a beauty therapist offering various treatments and wanted to train and specialise in massage

I have enhanced my skills and have learnt new techniques such as hot stone massage, Indian head massage and G5

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed learning about the different types of massage and the type of results that can be achieved

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very organised and structured programme, providing a good understanding of techniques and styles of massage. I was able to learn more about the muscle groups and skeletal make up of the body which helped with my understanding how the body works with massage

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer is very supportive offering me on the job training as well as seperate time to study for my apprenticeship. Also, very understanding with my personal circumstances.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider has been fantastic with support and assistance with my programme. Taking time to explain things as well as demonstrating different techniques and methods required for my program.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that my qualification gained through Paragon has increased my skill set and confidence in my role. This has resulted in me being able to offer a better and more varied service for customers.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have been involved in charity work raising funds for Macmillan Cancer research
