    • My role involves taking care of all the children and making sure they are all safe and happy and I think it’s really important to build a bond with the children.

    • I’ve learnt a lot from my corse and I’ve had lots of help from my corse teachers ! I’ve enjoyed learning about all the different things.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I’ve loved everything about my program I’ve loved getting a bond with my Asseser and I’ve loved learning about everything we’ve done.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • It’s revert well organised and structured very well I’ve understood everything I’ve done and I’ve really loved and enjoyed learning new things.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • I receive a lot of help from my work place and my Asseser whenever I need help they are all right there when I need it.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • I get a lot of support when I’m working on my qualification I always ask for help or help to understand the questions they are always there to help.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • I think it has helped me with my work because I’ve learned a lot from my corse and I can always put it into my work.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

    • We do lots of parents and child activity’s we love our parents evenings and our stay and plays due to covid these haven’t been possible but hopefully things will change soon.

    • Yes

  • 9b. Why?

    • Because you get where you need to be and you get lots of help and support and are always there to support and talk you through things.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Paragon Skills?

    • I would tell them to do as many corses as they can because they are really helpful and supportive.
