  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I absolutely love working at the aldingbourne trust I do believe it’s a great company to work for. My college programme has been good so far however due to Covid I don’t really feel I am receiving 100% of the usual experience - which is understandable in my eyes

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • On the company side it is very well organised and I know exactly what I’m doing, when I need to do it and how to do it and who to contact if I get stuck however due to Covid the programme isn’t as organised as I would like

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer is very supportive. I have recently had a few few physical health issues and they 100% have my back and have made things easier on me. For example they have offered to change my working hours to fit around the need for me to take daily medication.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I talk to my college lecturer once a week. She replies from emails very quickly and always sends the power points weekly to us after the session so we can always go back and review. She is always there if I need to talk to her which is very helpful

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I believe so, the organise trips for everyone to go on. However being only there for a month I haven’t had the full experience of any extra curricular activities that they may hold. I don’t believe these would be sports related I believe they are more bonding trips
