  • I have learnt new skills and developed in others. Skills such as self- awareness and understanding my emotional intelligence will not only enhance me professionally but also within my personal relationships. Sourcing Leadership styles and methods and learning how I lead has been beneficial as has the conflict module

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The amount of work involved and the commitment required by myself was an eye opener. Writing the first assessment took a long time as I was unsure what was expected. I soon learnt that I needed to utilise my tutor, Ann. Once I established that connection and reached out for help and received it then the tasks did not seem so difficult to complete and I am enjoying the programme more.
