  • My Apprentice trainer was really helpful and supportive able to change my time slot if need be, I had support at work through my management team but felt I sometimes had to do work in my own time rather than it being structured.I also learnt additional tasks through the work program , this was due me be asked to research the product rather than my own job role this made me feel valued at work

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My trainer supported me well during the course even during the scheduled time slots or if I emailed or telephoned her she was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain the item in a clear and concise way, the support I had from my management was good but sometimes I was pulled from doing my tasks to help on the job floor ,this could have been avoided if there was adequate staff originally
