I am customer experience leader wher I greet and welcomed customers into the restaurant. I do a lot of cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanseness . I work both on the dining area and behind the counter helping to get food together to give to waiting customers. I also work on the headset taking customer orders.
yes I have learnt basic math skills to be able to work out percentages quickly and easily. I am able to.time manage my skills better.i have learnt how the business works and what is important like the core values. I have been able to adapt my new skills inside and outside of work.
I really enjoyed my programme as it woke up brain cells I haven't used in a very long time . it gave me something to focus on . the programme was very enjoyable to complete as it made me research how the organisation works so overall the customers got a better experience when they came into the restaurant.
the programme was very organised and structured as it just flowed correctly. I would complete one part and that would automatically lead me onto the next section. a lot of it was how it all interlinks into each other and how everything was important . this enables be to work quickly but accurately.
I got a lot of support of my employer as I was given time when I needed to have work completed. they was constantly asking how it was going and if I needed any extra time to complete assignment. even work colleagues helped me through . I was able to learn the new skills with their help
the support I received from my training provider was very good as I had monthly meetings with them .where I was asked questions on what I was completing at the time . I was sent emails and kept in touch with . unfortunately covid 19 happened then that became more tricky . I was also sent all revelent documents that helped me complete the course.
I feel that my qualification helps me perform better in my role as it has giving me a lot more confidence to approach and deal with customers. I know when and where I can help management and feel like I know the knowledge behind the scenes to give the customers the best customer service.
unfortunately at the moment we are in the middle of the pandemic but before that happened we regularly had work nights out . fun days where we would all go out as a store to like say go fun fairs . play crazy golf etc . we had a football team. and was doing a lot of fund raising activities.

the tips and advice to anyone applying to this company is to be yourself . everyone is unique and will bring a different aspect on how they work. it is like one great big family and you make friends for life . if you are in college they work around your school timetable which a lot of company's don't. I would say it is fantastic place to work.
