Day to day management of team of 9 IT Technicians supporting busy NHS Trust
Yes, I have learned a lot about Emotional Intelligence, Self-Awareness, and Feedback and am incorporating this into my day to day work
I enjoy it a lot but I do worry a lot about the time constraints of my day job, which can intrude
Well-structured but I find the handouts and BUD sometimes at odds with instructions from tutor, which leads to some queries
Full support from employer, I am given the time and encouragement I need
Tutor is very helpful and proactive. Our availability doesn't always line up but this is unavoidable sometimes
Still a work in progress but I feel it is helping a great deal
No, especially after the last year there is nothing
Yes
The work that the NHS does can't be easily summed up, but as an employer I have always found them fair and supportive
Do not apply unless you are prepared to commit fully.
