  • Yes, I have learned a lot about Emotional Intelligence, Self-Awareness, and Feedback and am incorporating this into my day to day work

  • I enjoy it a lot but I do worry a lot about the time constraints of my day job, which can intrude

  • Well-structured but I find the handouts and BUD sometimes at odds with instructions from tutor, which leads to some queries

  • Full support from employer, I am given the time and encouragement I need

  • Tutor is very helpful and proactive. Our availability doesn't always line up but this is unavoidable sometimes

  • Still a work in progress but I feel it is helping a great deal

  • No, especially after the last year there is nothing

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • The work that the NHS does can't be easily summed up, but as an employer I have always found them fair and supportive

  • Do not apply unless you are prepared to commit fully.
