Caring for children and support them with their learning. Contributing to the upkeep of the nursery. Working with staff members and parents to encourage, motivate and help children in our care.
I have learnt new ways to support and encourage children. Learning about what I can do as a practitioner to support children.
I enjoy discussing things with other staff members and my tutor and learning new things.
It is organised. Each session is a month apart and it is kept consistent.
If I have any questions or need help with my studies, my employer and employees are there to help me.
I receive a lot of support. If I am stuck with anything I am learning on, I get the help I need.
I learn a lot about problem solving and finding new improved ways of doing things.
We do courses to further support us as staff.
