I have a junior role and I keep on top of keeping the salon clean helping out the stylists when needed and on Tuesdays I have my own training.
Yeah I’ve learned a lot of theory things but with lockdown practical has been difficult to learn.
I really enjoy it apart from lockdown as it’s a very practical based job

I’ve had a lot of support when needed and always get sent extra things to learn
I get a good amount of help give me weekly sessions online to help go through all my home work and make sure I’m up to date with everything which has helped loads
Without it I wouldn’t be able to learn half the stuff needed
We do extra training when possible but with covid haven’t been able to do as much as we normally would

They’re really friendly and they get you to where you want to go!
