I run shifts and make sure the support workers are meeting the care needs of the residents appropriately.
Yes I have been refreshed in skill and knowledge I had before (first aid, esafety etc) and I have developed my skills in my job by trying new things out like writing care plans etc.
The programme is easy to follow and the support from my tutor is very good, I enjoy the programme very much.

My employer provides support for me in the way of development of my knowledge and responsibilities and by letting me complete tasks at work.
