Yes I learnt many skills for example time management, confidence, hairdressing techniques, professionalism, accountability, team work and stock taking.

I really enjoyed being hands on in a salon I felt like I could really just get on with my passion and peers

Very organised didn’t really have any worries

I received a average amount of support from my first employer

I received a lot of support from my provider she was amazing

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am now self employed and offer a range of service to the public so I believe I perform a lot better now as I have advanced my skills

I believe that they are super supportive they can give you advice that isn’t usually handed to you they are a great Company and their staff are wonderful and they want the best for your qualifications

Always talk to your trainer I’m sure they will be of some help
