  • Making and changing appointments, washing hair, colouring hair, cutting hair, making refreshments for the clients, cleaning hairdressing equipment, managing health and safety, washing client capes, washing towels, putting towels away.

  • I have developed time management, customer service skills, how to cut hair, how to style hair, teamwork skills.

  • I enjoyed my time with my assessor within my programme because they were so supportive and encouraging.

  • My trainer was very organised with her work and with making sure my work was up to a high standard.

  • I would recommend paragon skills because based on my experience the trainers are well mannered, encouraging, supportive, and professional as well as helping people come out of their shells.

  • The advice I would give would be to trust your trainer as they are well organised.
