  • Having the opportunity to represent British Airways as a student at a number of career based events included responsibilities such as promoting their work experience programme and other opportunities that British Airways have to offer. I have been in charge of allocating roles to other ambassadors and providing support where required

  • I have learnt how to confidently present in front of a large audience and had support developing skills such as, team work, organisation and problem solving.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • To begin with, we had an introduction where we got to meet our fellow Ambassadors and were trained on what we will be doing through the programme. Support from mentors is always available and encouraged as they are always there to help. Overall the programme is well organised.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Mentors always encourage ambassadors to ask for support when needed. I always received support and felt comfortable to ask being confident in the advice that was given.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • From completing careers events I have become more confident and I can clearly communicate and present in front of large crowds.
