Business and sales admin Review

I am a sales and business admin at MWS. I answer the phone, take orders, speak to suppliers and sell the products for them. I am also in charge of packing and dispatch. I must do quality checks too, to make sure the products are ok to send out to the customer.

Yes. My confidence has definitely boosted since being here and speaking to new people. I have learnt so much about the business and the washroom side of things. I am so glad how much I’ve learnt.

No, it is only a small business. So not yet, they may do that in the future like staff parties or events.
