  • Business administration support - meeting organisation, meeting notes, finance schedules and processing of invoices, data census, sending comms to external organisations/universities, contact list management

  • I have developed existing skills of communicating with internal and external people.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed my apprenticeship a lot, however because i studied Business at GCSE level some things crossed over so were repetitive

  • Having a change of mentor 3 months before i was due to finish my apprenticeship was challenging in that i had to adapt to a different way of working with a new mentor

  • I received support from my employer, i was given protected time each week to complete my work

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I received support as and when i needed it. I always received a response or had a phone call to discuss anything

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It has helped me with confidence, i understand more about the company because of the work i completed for this

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are some activities/groups however these are not something that interest me.

  • Yes

  • They are a very supportive company who are development focused and will do what they can to help you. If you feel you could be doing something more, they will try and cater for your needs

  • Learn about the company first - what they do, why they do it.
