  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I've really enjoyed my apprenticeship so far. Unfortunately i started this in lockdown and during Covid restrictions so i haven't been able to meet fellow learners face to face but my appreticeship webinar leader ensures the sessions are fun, engaging and intereactive. I also enjoy this apprenticeship as it is relevant to my role and i feel i am learning valuable skills and knowledge.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My apprenticeship is well structured with a mixture of webinars and online based learning. The webinars always seem to be prepared to a good level and at scheduled for times in the year when you are due to move onto a new module to help alongside the online learning. The online learning is well organised and is broken down into sections. We have had a system change during my learning which did cause a bit of distruption but as it is a system change, i am sure this will be a one off.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My training provider has been really good overall however i have had an issue with my skills coach not booking in my one to one catch ups and then he left and didn't advise anyone. The other colleague at Babington has been really helpful and esnured this was resolved quickly and i have now been assigned a new skills coach. Everyone i have spoken to at Babington has been really friendly and helpful, it was only an issue with one person at Babington and hopefully this has now been resolved.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • We don't really have any extra curricular activities at work especially due to Covid. Prior to Covid, we did have a sports and social team who arranged day trips out to london for example and offer price reductions to the theatre on certain days or to splendour however these can't go ahead at the moment.
