i wash the hair, mix the colours and support the stylists whilst doing my basic day to day chores, i get chances to do others hair and i observe .
i have learnt how to cut and hair, drying it it in all different styles and how to wash hair correctly.
i enjoy it because i`m learning lots of new skills that than better my life and education in the future.
my programme is well structured as im still learning but the business needs of the salon can affect my role and with the current situation it isnt great.
the current pandemic has greatly effected all our roles and the business as its an independant salon.
i have completed nearly all my work whilst in our current situation and hav been having 2 weekly chats with my tutor whilst doing my work.
most of the information in my job role have been given and helped by my tutor and the work that she has given me.
they like to socialise outside the salon.
Yes
what i have learnt form my tutor and my skills provider has helped me so much in my education that i would definetly recommend them to anyone.
that i am very happy and that they would go far in there eductaion if they were to sign up.
