1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am currently on an Apprentice Scheme as a Manager Trainee, on this Scheme I move around all different Departments within the business, learning how all areas of the business operate. I Currently work in HR, where I am learning and supporting the team with day to day jobs.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new skills and developed many new skills, 1 of them being the importance of customers and the whole customer experience.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed doing all of the work, although at times some of this was a challenge, I managed to complete all if the work to the best of my ability. The programme remained interesting throughout.

Very organised, the tasks are all clearly set out.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received a lot of support from my employer and therefore completed the course successfully with great results.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I received a lot of support from my training provider and she is one of the reasons why I achieved such great results. I always received help whenever I needed it.
