My job role various every single day. I do many different tasks such a diary management which can include arranging meetings. Attending meetings to take notes. Distributions of stake holder briefings. Making templates for thank you e cards. Making agendas for meetings.
Yes I have developed new skills and existing skills such as my confidence when speaking in meetings. Taking notes in meetings is a new skill for me which I have learnt.
I really enjoy the program. I have gain lots of new skills and I feel I am always learning something new every single day.
The organisation and structure is brilliant. I know what work I have coming up and my manager always makes sure I have of what work I am going to do for that week.
I receive so much support. My team are always there for me and always say they are there if I get suck. If I get set a task they always check in to see if they need to explain anything or offer me any extra support with it.
I receive lots of support. My assesor is always willing to have a call with me if I need one I can just email her and ask. She’s always responds to my emails in a funky manner.
I feel my qualification is great with fitting it with my work. My work are also very supportive with finding different tasks that can fit into the units I am doing currently and working on.
Yes there are many different networks, they is also the opportunity to create a network of there isn’t one that I already wish to join. There is also lots of extra challenges to participate in.

I would recommend health education England to a friend as it is a lovely place to work. The support you receive from your team is amazing. The job role I have I throughly enjoy.
I would advise others to research the company’s and there values. What the company policy are and what they stand for. I feel this is important to know for interview as you can say how you feel you would be able to displace and bring these certain qualities into your job role, team and the overall company.
