My role is to assist and supervise the kitchen team alongside my manager and other supervisors. We ensure that we deliver high quality products to the customers and adhere to all relevant legislation.
I have learnt how to work efficiently in an intense and fast-paced environment. I have also learnt a lot about the relevant legislation when working in a kitchen and how to help my co-workers when in need.
I really enjoy my apprenticeship as my trainer Lee is helpful with any questions I have and I have learnt a lot about various areas of the business as a whole.
The program is organised very clearly and effectively.
As much as I need.

It helps me perform better in my role by pointing out the areas of the business that I might not experience regularly on shift but are important to the business as a whole. As well as helping me towards the next job role.
There are plenty of opportunities to organise charity events and enrol on extra-curricular courses.

For the past 2 years The Trawl has been an incredible team to work with and I've really enjoyed my time there.
I would advise them to work on their social skills as it is the number one skill you need in the job whether that is dealing with customers or team-mates.
