  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I am developing my leadership skills and customer service capabilities through my apprenticeship. It's making me realise my potential within the industry. I have been on a Team Leader course at the beginning when I became a Team Leader which really helped me. I have learnt how to respond in a situation which might be intimidating or something which is beyond my control and how to react and respond to it.

  • Very structured. The online leading platform is fantastic with Mylife and my trainer Dee is fantastic, she lets me go at my own pace and is always checking in with me. The support during the COVID-19 pandemic has been fantastic. We had additional training before we came back to work which made me feel at ease when I came back.
