I'm a chef at Greene King. My roles are cooking dishes to high standards, keeping the kitchen clean and safe and dealing with deliveries and stock orders and rotations.
I have learnt new skills concerning business demographics, food allergens and business objectives.
I enjoy my programme thoroughly. I always enjoy learning new skills and techniques.
Very organised. It helps extremely to learn when the programme is easy to follow.
A lot. At the moment less so due to covid restrictions but usually a great amount.
A huge amount. The website has lots of helpful links and a community and my trainer is always available if needed.
It helps me progress my career and helps me understand the business much better.
There are many. There is our app called Kingdom which has lots of useful things as well as a game employees can play. Also TAP which is a platform to help with any more learning that people may want.
