  • I'm a chef at Greene King. My roles are cooking dishes to high standards, keeping the kitchen clean and safe and dealing with deliveries and stock orders and rotations.

  • I have learnt new skills concerning business demographics, food allergens and business objectives.

  • I enjoy my programme thoroughly. I always enjoy learning new skills and techniques.

  • Very organised. It helps extremely to learn when the programme is easy to follow.

  • A lot. At the moment less so due to covid restrictions but usually a great amount.

  • A huge amount. The website has lots of helpful links and a community and my trainer is always available if needed.

  • It helps me progress my career and helps me understand the business much better.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are many. There is our app called Kingdom which has lots of useful things as well as a game employees can play. Also TAP which is a platform to help with any more learning that people may want.
