I am in charge of a shift as the DM, I lead the team by example and have a managers key.
I’ve learned things about my workplace that I wasn’t aware I was doing; it became second nature so being more aware of things has helped me to develop them

We have lots of workshops and online guides which are very beneficial
A lot. She’s very helpful and friendly, even when my session is not in progress
It’s helped me focus on the areas I know i struggle in and helped me to further increase my strong points
We have online portals such as Kingdom, the Vault which has a lot of information and external links etc

They offer lots of additional training courses that help you develop your career, if that’s what you’re looking for.
