Delivering food and drink to customers tables , clearing the plates and glasses off of tables and doing check backs.
I learnt more customer skills and how to be more welcoming and what different techniques you can use to engage customers. Also better teamwork and how important it is especially in busy times
I like my program quite a lot it’s easy to adapt and learn more skills for the future and you always get a chance to improve and learn a lot
I fell my program is organised very well considering the disadvantages of COVID 19 . But I am able to use the furlough time affective and getting the bigger modules out of the way with my coursework

I receive regular checks and help and support when working towards my qualifications. And good ways I can improve for better achievements and outcomes

That it’s very beneficial, you can receive good quality help and support from so many different people you’re never alone. Everything is achievable and you learn a lot on the job which is useful life skills
