I am a team leader training to become a assistant manager , j am accountable for running off the business and managing teams, handling cash and stock, competitive prices and reviews, along with maintaining the pub

Yes, I have learned lots since becoming and apprentice and learning, I am now on my second year off my nvq

I enjoy my program loads, I love learning and completing the work, along with the help from my tutor

It’s very organised and structured, i like how I always know what I’m doing

Lots... I know I can always ask my Tutor if I needed any assistance or help, there is also lots of help and support on the site my life

It has helped me gain promotions and a pay rise, it has also help me gain respect in my work
