On a day to day basis I make my customers happy. My team happy and support them. Handling cash on the site and in the tills. Counting stocks and making sure all displays are good and correct. Locking up the pub and opening it up. All sport programs are on. Every job has someone designated to do it.
Since been with my mentor, I have learned allot and market shares, profits, and more good keys to a great service!
I really enjoy my program and know if I have any problems my mentor will always help me! It’s teaching me good valuable stuff while we do not have a manger on site I feel like she is a very good support system for me.
The program is organised well and structured well.
I do not receive any support from my employer and the holding manger dose not help any apprenticeship employes. He won’t even let me print of work from bksb
