  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Really enjoy my apprenticeship l, when starting I was split between going to university and working full time. I felt university alone was not the best option and when I heard about degree apprenticeships, earning and learning Whilst gaining a degree and vital experience was the best thing for me.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • As the qualification is a university degree any extra study sessions are quite minimal however this is expected as university is a lot more independent learning. Our sessions however are really good and tutors are always available 24/7 to give advise and help on specific topics or issues we have.

  • 9b. Why?
  • Great place to work and plenty of opportunities to learn and succeed. Have already referred friends to apply for the apprenticeship.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barclays?
  • Application should show clear signs of good work ethic And desire to succeed. I was invited onto an on-site interview day where I performed different tasks with a team. I would advise to get really stuck into these tasks and work well within the team. Don’t try and take over.
