Admin work, attending meetings with clients via the telephone, attending meeting with all members of the team, smoke testing for software for clients, researching companies-auditors and their rewards schemes. Completing chargeable work for client with regards to taxation to particular countries, date of assignment, role level and number of family.
Excel, using outlook on the professional level, being in a corporate environment, constructing emails and understanding how important it is to liaise with members for different situations.
The programme is enjoyable in terms of the OTJL , however, overall, is isn't really exciting or enjoyable
The organisation is extremely bad because the cohort is so large so it seems like you are being drowned out by the number of people. I believe that we are seen as numbers rather than individuals. They were not clear about how the 20% studying worked and specialisations.
I personally receive loads of support because of my exceptional circumstances, so as a disability confident employer they have to be more than receptive to my situation. They have been really amazing with it and I really commend them on the support they have provided me.
You do not really receive support, they force excessively copious amounts of work into your mind within the span of a week and a half which would be taught over a year. The teachers seem incredibly pretentious and you feel bad when you can't answer a question.
I don't think they are helpful whatsoever. They don't really provide you ways of how you can balance your work and study life. The 20% studying should be kept for one specific day that the focus can be on that.
There are various activities you can be a part of, there are loads of volunteering and fundraising opportunities. I am a part of the peer mentoring network, so it is a way to better your skills and makes you stand out.
