  • This scheme is a very organised and structured course as all of our works gets marked and is observed by our tutor on a weekly basis when we have our review meetings with him. • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel that our training helps us with our job role as when I am doing my training I do both and English, mainly maths as I failed that as a gcse and I do English as a recap. Both of these help me as the English functional skills improves my language through the member and the maths helps me with the number side of my job, e.g. providing quotes for upgrades on a customers membership.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • With extra- curricular there is different ones that you can get yourself involved in. For example each year they have a Christmas party that everyone is invited to celebrate the end of the year and gives the chance for everyone to socialise and relax with each other. Also, I know that in the summer there is a football that a few of the men employers get involved with for a bit of fun.
