  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have enjoyed my programme a lot. The highlights so far have been getting to know an amazing and supportive team, manager and people working outside of the organisation. I have achieved so much more than I expected and have been pushed and given huge opportunites.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • On the work side of things, my work plan is always well thought through and supported closely by my manager and other members in my team, always with my best interests at heart when it comes to relating to the programme. Uni however, is a little less supportive when helping with the course, especially during the pandemic.

  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • The company gives so many opportunities, externally and internally. I have had the opportunity to work on an amazing brand and I have learned so much about working in a team, how to communicate effectively and grow my confidence in myself and my ideas. They are always supportive of every decision you make and the whole Unilever community is so kind and wecloming.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Unilever?
