On a day to day basis my role mainly revolves around Project Management activities. Working with technical, design and change management teams to create plans and deadlines for project delivery. Also, tracking and monitoring of task's status are important parts of my role.
My Excel skills have improved dramatically as well as using other platforms such as Microsoft project, which I had never used previously. I've also become a much more effective communicator and and organise myself and others to a higher level.
I enjoy the opportunities that my role gives me, being able to work with colleagues from all over the business and learn from their experiences. I believe this will benefit me greatly in the future.
My programme is structured well, I have regular available contact with both my trainer and my line manager to see what my next steps are and where I currently am. To improve training, it would be good to see a holistic view of what will be achieved in the project.
My employee gives me regular support and engagement if needed and where appropriate. I can always bring any issues / concerns I have.
I speak to my training provider on a monthly basis. I receive updates on the work produced so far and my next steps for my next meeting
My course have given my insight into factors of a business such as stakeholder engagement and planning / organisation that I have taken into my role day to day.
I have taken part in apprentice brand awareness challenges for brands such as PG tips where I worked with other apprentices all over the country.

Be yourself, find a brand or scheme that Unilever has launched that you can relate to and why. Look at the type of products Unilever sells and the things it wants to achieve and see where you can bring your own abilities to help.
