  • 1. Please give an overview of what your work experience involved:
  • The work experience was a two week program that involved a rotational course of completing a CMI level 2 course for one week and working with other different staff members during the second week. We where given the opportunity to work with staff members complete tasks.

  • I developed a range of skills such as, collaboration skills, presentation skills and commutation skills. I learnt many different skills during the course of the two weeks and experience what it is like to be part of the corporate world.

  • I enjoyed my work experience very much as it gave me the opportunity to experience and learn new skills and created networking opportunity that I still use today.

  • I believe the program was well structured and well organised.

  • 5. How much did you learn about the company culture and what it would be like to work there?
  • I gained some insight about the company culture and what it is like to work with EY. With the help of the mentors I learned about what is considered as appropriate working behaviour and the staff members general attitudes towards EY.

  • I believe the program impacted my future career path however, it only impacted it slightly as I had a set goal in mind already. The program helped me realise that their are other path ways that I might be interested in within the near future.

  • I would recommend the program to a friend because you develop and learn new skills that make you stand out. You also network with other people within the same age group and quickly build friendships.

  • Please apply on time, do not wait till the final week or day to apply.
