There I shadowed Emma Lobo who was a Senior Economic Analyst specialising in Transfer Pricing and Operating Model Effectiveness. I worked on a Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation for Hermes GPE LLP. The TP documentation covered management structures, investment strategies, economic analysis and functional analysis. This encouraged me to study Finance Economics, which most universities offer as a module whilst studying Economics and Management. I gained a Level 2 CMI (Chartered Management Institution) qualification.
