1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Every day varies, as each day you are faced with different challenges and tasks. Through out the apprenticeship you rotate through out the business giving you a variety of work and experience.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have leant many new skills as working full time and in a corportate business you learn alot. You learn the importance of deadlines,time managment and team working.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed my programme as I received alot of support and guidence which I felt helped make the transition from college to full time work alot easier.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is well structured in the aspect of every three months you rotate into a different area of the business. When you start the apprenticeship in your two weeks training, you recieve alot of information about the structure of the programme.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

very supprotive with things like exams as well as working they allow for this and give you time off work to revise for these to help support you.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support is there for you as much as you need it. If you need more support with certain things you can have more regualr meetings and calls with your training provider.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification helped me understand the industry alot better. It can be hard going into a job from college without knowing much about the industry, but by completing my qualification it has really helped me with understadning the industry alot more, thus making me better at my job.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There isn't a massive range of sports acitivities but there is alot of networking events and social events.
