I monitor the performance of IT services within Unilever and look at ways to improve them
Yes, I have learnt IT skills and how to communicate in a big company
I enjoy going to work everyday however my apprenticeship content isn't challenging enough
It is organised by my manager but we don't have a clear mentor on the apprenticeship part of our programme
I receive a great amount of support from my manager and team
For the first 7 months of my apprenticeship I received little support, I have now changed trainer in the same company and I receive the right amount of support
