  • I review specifications for ingredients used in FMCG and talk to suppliers. This involves ensuring specifications are up to standard and that the ingredients we are using are safe for consumers.

  • The following skills have improved: social skills, interactions, listening and independent learning/figuring things out. I've also learned how to use machinery applicable to my role in our pilot plant.

  • It's very engaging, hard at times but I enjoy it very much, even the social aspects.

  • I feel that there is a lot of structure in place from my employer and the University.

  • Lots of support from people in the workplace to support my development and learning as an apprentice.

  • Lots of support.

  • I feel that it is quite relevant, informative and useful in my development as an apprentice as the learning helps me to better understand the procedures which occur in the work place.

  • Plenty, there's yoga, running, general fitness, a gym, football, netball and so much more.

  • All the people there are very supportive and I really love the work environment and work ethic.
