    • I know how to manage people and rotas Holiday planning Strong conversations

    • I enjoy it when I can find time, doing 5 sometimes 6 deskshifts can sometimes have an impact on family life so finding time for my apprenticeship is hard

    • Very, just hard to follow as mentioned previously

    • Whitbread? Not a lot, my manager helps as much as possible but she is limited as she has 3 hotels. All her AHM's are completing the same level apprenticeship

    • It has helped, but the only way I learn is through experience.
