  • I shadowed an employee and helped them with admin tasks, preparing for clients and learning about what other roles the company has and how many different ways to get there

  • Better communication skills, I received a CMI leadership qualification, I gained confidence through doing several tasks requiring presentation and public speaking

  • To a great extent I was exposed to a completely different environment that I was used to and I learnt to enjoy it for all its differences
