    • Managing a team of approx 30. Dealing with guests who stay at the 139bed hotel. I manage daily and weekly figures, wages for the team, health and safety, etc

    • Yeah I've learnt alot of valuable skills.

    • Getting more of an insight to what some management used terms mean

    • It's great I always have and will be organised so I find everything else just flows

    • My employer is great and encourages me regularly to take time to do my apprenticeship

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • Plenty. She is fab and is always there if I need to chat or confirm something. She makes me feel confident and at ease it's not like having a trainer more of a friend.

    • 100% I'm learning things that I only knew names of not exactly what it entailed

    • It's a nice place to be and they do alot for the staff if they want it. Great rewards.
