Managing a team of approx 30. Dealing with guests who stay at the 139bed hotel. I manage daily and weekly figures, wages for the team, health and safety, etc
Yeah I've learnt alot of valuable skills.
Getting more of an insight to what some management used terms mean
It's great I always have and will be organised so I find everything else just flows
My employer is great and encourages me regularly to take time to do my apprenticeship
Plenty. She is fab and is always there if I need to chat or confirm something. She makes me feel confident and at ease it's not like having a trainer more of a friend.
