    • Working in a highly organised, technical and professional environment to develop my engineering skills in order to deliver on customer needs and work towards CEng status. I would highly recommend BAE’s schemes to those who wish to develop in a technical capacity while contributing to projects of national importance.

    • I have developed new skills while on the scheme as well as enhancing existing skills.

    • I have greatly enjoyed BAE's apprenticeship programme and would highly recommend it to others. It is a fantastic company to work for.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • My scheme is very well organised, key milestones are set out initially and regular reviews ensure that the milestones can be reached. The scheme also allows a good degree of flexibility for you to develop in any direction you wish.

    • BAE provide amble support on the scheme, ensureing that you are developing and happy with your role.

    • Cranfield provided support during coursework and lectures with the option to seek additional support if needed.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • Cranfield's lectures are both relevant to my role and contribute to my development in the broader engineering function.

    • BAE offers a wide range of professional networking events to early career employees. The offices are also social and friendly with plenty of activities for employees.
