    6/10

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The enjoyment is okay based on it being an engineering role, however i do not feel like i presonally enjoy technical engineering.

    4/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is well structured for placements, however it is hard to enact some of the extra-curricular opportunities that are advertised as being easily accessible to graduates.

    4/10

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Cranfield offer a decent qualification but it is evident that this is low priority to them, and it has since been scrapped for future graduate development.

    3/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Honestly, i dont think it has taught me anything that previous education offered, instead it forces me to spend time off-the job to complete assignments,

    2/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are opportunities however they are all staff led, and not endorsed directly byt the company

    4/10

  • 9a. Would you recommend BAE Systems to a friend?
  • No

  • 9b. Why?
  • I believe that BAE has a lot of learning to offer, however it is so large that pinpointing that learning and what will benefit an individual is becoming harder to identify.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
  • Offer something different than the usual 'Engineer', the Company is in a state of change and although there is a lot of prestige, the comapny would directly benefit from endorsing more positively disruptive individuals.
