  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • As an apprentice travel advisor my day to day job involves completing the admin work in the morning which includes completing online diaries and setting up the travel money. It also includes setting up computers for travel. Serving customers through out the day whilst completing window deals and other tasks. I also complete my apprentice work half a day each work to ensure I am up to date on this. This also includes excellent customer service and working as a team with my work colleagues. Completing sales of the best holidays is important and being confident in the product you are selling is also circuital. I also restock the brochure racks and check the in store point of sale is up to date.

I also enjoy engaging with my colleagues and working as a team towards our targets. I also enjoy being face to face with customers and working on computers.
