I have learnt how to develop my understanding of a business and of departments within a specific business area. I have used the opportunities to access new resources. I feel more confident in my written and verbal communication and in myself within a working office environment. I am more aware of my language and appearance.
There are some aspects of my which I enjoy, however there are also some aspects that I find tedious and struggle to see relevance to within my business and job role. I do enjoy the research elements of my apprenticeship and the theoretical underpinning applicable. I also enjoy the development I am seeing within myself.
I feel my programme could be more structured from my assessor. The resources available are good and helpful in supporting my learning and development. I feel my feedback is lacking and a little disorganised/chaotic when received. I think the objectives set are useful and allow me to take my learning into my own hands.
I receive a lot of support from my employer. I am encouraged to take opportunities to support my learning, apprenticeship and 20% off the job learning. They support me in finding new things to challenge myself and my thinking and continually develop. My line manager is really supportive and so is my team.

I think to a certain extent, my qualification encourages me to challenge myself and my thinking and the underpinning of my role. I think it encourages me to think of new ways to apply my knowledge and reflect on my practice and development within things such as my PDP and working training.
Yes. My work environment hosts a wide range of different social activities to support the working environment, as well as professional opportunities. We hold learning weeks which opens new learning to the business and personal development skills. The social aspects encourage inter-departmental integration and provides great networking opportunities for the whole business, within the office and externally.
Yes
TUI has a great environment and has a great work ethic. The company encourages you to develop yourself and new learning, with new apprenticeships, learning weeks and the opportunity to explore the business in different areas and regions. TUI has a fun atmosphere with great opportunities to progress and explore new opportunities.
I would encourage people to look into the business and gain some general knowledge of travel and the department they want to go in to. I would also advise people to look into apprenticeship opportunities with the company as it's a great way to try something new and explore the business.
