On a day to day basis my role involves around me to provide outstanding customer service, delivering a range of often complex travel arrangements, accommodation bookings and ancillary services. Skills, behaviors, and product and geography knowledge is something I learn throughout my days and use on a daily basis too.

because they are really supportive and motivational towards helping me to achieve my goals.
previous knowledge isnt taken into consideration, tui provide all destination and product knowledge
