1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:


My primary task of a reservation agent is to book reservations for hotel and manage them, some of my day to day jobs are making bookings for general public, corporate bookers and travel agent’s. A service in the hospitality industry is the level of assistance provided by a hotel, bar and restaurant staff to facilitate the purchase by the client.

I have started to help with the group bookings

I enjoyed learning about the leisure and hospitality

It was very good the trainer come every month, also I can call her if I need anythink

everyone helped me if I had any question

Ana was very support, I could call or email her at any time

I have a better understanding of the leisure and hospitality
