moving around departments and learning the process, but lack of structure leads to confusion and uncertainty is what im supposed to do day to day
people skills and overall availability of further learning has been great but lack of on site in the areas training has been poor
made more enjoyable over time where ive found work and pushed my own learning
my university study was delayed for over a year, and the rotations around different departments has been handled poorly
support when needed but when concerns raised over lack of work in areas and tasks been given they are ignored
I am given time to do my qualification work if needed
difficult to transfer skills as I haven't been exposed to enough on site projects or been given the guidance to do it
lot of evens
Yes
the qualifications on offer are great, and TATA funds any course generally but the lack of on site training is an issue many people do not have time or interest to train apprentice often they are left sitting around waiting for work to be given, id recommend TATA as a stepping stone to get qualifications then leaving for a more structured buissness

Be prepared to fight for work and things to do, people wont come to you youll be let to it which can be good but can also be a bad experience
