  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • the qualifications on offer are great, and TATA funds any course generally but the lack of on site training is an issue many people do not have time or interest to train apprentice often they are left sitting around waiting for work to be given, id recommend TATA as a stepping stone to get qualifications then leaving for a more structured buissness

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Tata Steel?
  • the qualifications on offer are great, and TATA funds any course generally but the lack of on site training is an issue many people do not have time or interest to train apprentice often they are left sitting around waiting for work to be given, id recommend TATA as a stepping stone to get qualifications then leaving for a more structured business. Be prepared to fight for work and things to do, people wont come to you youll be let to it which can be good but can also be a bad experience
