Seek out continuous improvement opportunities and influence change to improve plant and product. Develop various plant & office based computer systems. Develop your knowledge & understanding of Health and Safety systems. Understanding and work to our Quality Assurance systems parameters. Involvement with Project work.
I have developed new skills in Project design and management, which were Safety orientated. I have gained more experience in Computer systems and have more awareness on mechanical systems that are based on site.
I have really Enjoyed the program, it has provided the best path for me to take in becoming a manufacture engineer . Working along side my colleagues and college staff are rewarding and it has been a pleasure.
Although I had a late start to the program, it was up and running in a timely manner, with good organisation and communication skills, keeping me updated at all times. There has been multiple training sessions that I have taken part in through the people link system .
My line manager has played a very supportive role, giving me the best I could get from this apprenticeship scheme. I have been given the best support from the management team .
The Training Provider have been good at communications and having a guide to getting me qualified, the only down site was finding me an permanent assessor.
my Qualification and training at work would give me the best knowledge in becoming a professional engineer, I am looking forward in completing my training.
There are a number of Groups and sports activities that my company sponsor for the local areas and the work force.

There are Great opportunities and learning experiences at a world wide know company . I feel proud to work at Tata steel and am happy with the positions that my career will provide through them .
To be confident in your present knowledge and to do plenty of Research on the process the Steel works use in manufacturing Coils for products such as automotive components.
