General store work with the occasional management training, such as safe counting and store running.
I have definitely learned to become more confident in myself when approaching new tasks.
There was no basic structures put in place in my work to allow time set time to train

Very little. After being told I was signed off, the trainer did not actually do this and I now have to complete further work in order to gain my qualifications

Hours available differ every week so it can be difficult to maintain your contracted hours. The apprenticeship I went through has also left my stuck, still trying to gain my qualification.
The wages can be good but you definitely work for your money
