  • Some days it is very well structured and some it is not. Depending on which managers are in on the day.

  • I receive a lot of support from many of the staff. I would agree that Aldi would be an amazing place to work for due to some.

  • I am not sure yet as I am still to meet them.

  • No there is not unfortunately.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Some members of staff make Aldi amazing to work for, it's a very friendly environment and most people help you when and if you need it.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aldi?
  • Be aware of everyone you work with, keep a smile on when greeting customers if possible, work at a good fast pace level and communicate with your employer as much as you can. They are very understanding.
