Planning and pricing the programme for Cyprus and Malta. Dealing with different departments to get a range of different tasks completed. Doing competitor reviews and understanding the market. Meeting with different stakeholders to work towards the company's 5 year plan.

Really good support structure from the apprenticeship team and management.
The external assessors are really good and help keep me on track. They are also always there if I have any questions.
It is really relevant and is good to have something solid at the end of the scheme.
There are a lot of social events, Rounders' Tournaments, Days Out, Fizzy Fridays, Supplier Meetings/ Events, Conferences (in Spain), Shakedown (launch of a new ship), Resort Visits, Placements Parties, Summer Parties, Christmas Parties.
